Blue Headed Pionus

We have a pair of Blue Headed Pionus, and hand raise babies out of them every year. We've had the male since he was a baby, and purchased the female not long after. They hatch two clutches each year, and we generally hand feed 4-6 offspring per year and charge between $400 and $700 for each. If you are interested, please contact us and we'll put you on a list.

Here are some pictures of a hand fed hen we currently have for sale. The pictures were taken in August 2007. We also have a younger hand fed male for sale, his color isn't quite as bright as hers yet, but will be in a few more months.
